Encounter a new critter every hour on the main exhibit floor.

Facetime: Meet & Greet!

Begin your visit with a  warm welcome from an animal ambassador immediately when you enter the doors of Lindsay! Or perhaps an animal handler and animal will meet you at the front steps before you see our awesome exhibit hall.

10:30 a.m.

Porcupine Time!

Penelope, our North American porcupine, is out and about! Observe this fascinating animal up close and maybe even touch her!

11 a.m.

Raptor Recess

Our iconic hawks and owls enjoy their outdoor time, and so will you!

Celebrate our state’s diverse array of habitats and wild animals.

Behind the Scenes

Learn how our animal emergency room operates and witness injured or orphaned wildlife receiving treatment!

Lunch Time! (Tuesday-Thursday)

Come watch our animals CHOW DOWN during lunch time! From raptors eating rodents to lizards eating crickets, learn what our animals eat every day and watch them gobble it down!

Meet an Eagle! (Friday - Sunday)

Meet a golden or bald eagle; share conservation and rehab success stories.

Curious Collections

Discover select treasures of our extensive and impressive natural history collection, which will feature a new theme every month! Recommended for ages 8 and up.

Flight School!

See our raptors spread their wings and fly in this unique training exercise you can’t witness anywhere else in the Bay Area!

WILD-life Photography!

New Fall 2017: Get outside on Lindsay’s observation deck and snap some up-close shots of our animal ambassadors. Delight in your very own up-close animal portrait and get the perfect photos while learning about these animals and the need for their conservation.
