Get 20% Off: Winter Solstice Day Camp Starts Dec. 21
Immerse your nature lover in the wonderful world of wildlife this winter break!
Designed for 3rd to 5th graders, our Winter Solstice day camp includes both indoor and outdoor experiences. We’ll learn about the animal ambassadors that are hibernating at the museum, and get up close to those who are awake while learning how their wild relatives deal with the season’s changes. We’ll also explore local trails and open spaces as we learn how we can lessen our impact on the wildlife around us. Outdoor activities will depend on the weather.
Campers should come dressed for a variety of weather conditions and prepared with a water bottle and snacks or a lunch that they can carry themselves in a backpack or a bag. Closed-toed shoes are required, and hats and sunscreen are highly encouraged.
Dates: December 21st-23rd, Tuesday through Thursday.
Time: 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Price: $200 for members; $250 for non-members. Get 20% off with code WinterFun until Dec. 19
We take safety seriously and all participants, including our instructors, MUST wear a properly-fitting face mask.
