Photo of Susan HeckleyCome to Lindsay from Wednesday March 8 to to Sunday March 12 and celebrate National Wildlife Week! This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals, families, and kids to visit our animal ambassadors and to learn how to make a difference for wildlife in your own backyard!

Kids and adults can take part in crafts and activities centered on wildlife education. We will also help our visitors learn what each of them can do to help wildlife.

As part of the commemoration for National Wildlife Week, we will have Master Gardener Susan Heckly (pictured) at our Sunday Speaker Series event on Sunday, March 12, from 2-3 p.m. to discuss the ways people can encourage wildlife in their yards—such as providing food through the year, fresh water and housing opportunities.

No pre-registration required. Members come for free, included in the cost of general admission.
