Redwood Hike
Age 6–Adult
Explore the beautiful redwood forests of Reinhardt Regional Park. Take in the sights of the world’s tallest trees as we delve into their history, and learn about the rich biodiversity of redwood forests. Along the way, we will look for banana slugs, newts, rainbow trout, and other wildlife that call the redwoods home. If we’re lucky, we might be able to witness the overwintering behavior of lady beetles. Join our experienced instructors on this 2-mile round-trip hike around Redwood Creek.
