Karen Deshayes is a Bay Area resident and animal lover. She is a former Vice President of Union Bank and Bank of America. Karen comes to Lindsay after serving as interim director at non-profit organizations, including Marin Legal Aid; Child Family & Community Services, Inc.; ETM Bay Area; and Community Housing Partnership. She is currently serving in a part-time leadership role at Centerforce in Oakland.
While at Lindsay, Karen is focused on development, community partnerships, space improvement and expansion opportunities, along with finances and daily operations.
