Laura Johnson

Laura is a licensed civil engineer who brings expert negotiation and facilitation skills to the Lindsay Board, drawn from her 30 years of experience working at Fortune 500 companies and in public sectors. She has been engaged in the master planning of regional systems, funding strategies, environmental assessments, and public policy. Laura is currently employed in an executive level position at a major utility, overseeing multi-million dollar construction to replace water system infrastructure. Her management of numerous environmental impact statements has heightened her awareness of the need to respect the environment to ensure the well being of wildlife. Laura earned her degree in civil engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
