Get closer to wildlife at Lindsay

While our exhibit hall remains temporarily closed, we are pleased to offer new outdoor public programs designed to bring you and your loved ones closer to nature. Please see below for  descriptions of our programs, including hours and ticket prices. Click here for our COVID-19 safety protocols.

Lindsay Inside Out

Lindsay is turning itself ‘inside out’ to bring you animals, education and excitement in and around our campus. Meet some of our extraordinary animal ambassadors and discover the incredible things they can do in this one-hour program. Come away with a newfound appreciation for our wildlife neighbors and learn new ideas for protecting them and their habitats. 

Days and times: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Cost: $30 for members/$45 non-members. (Ticket price includes a shelter group or family pod of up to six people.)

Mini Monday Hikes

Come trek with us on a short one-hour hike outside the Lindsay Wildlife Experience developed specifically for  little ones. We’ll learn about the wild plants and animals in your neighborhood and engage in some fun activities along the way. Caregiver attendance is required. (Please note: in order to ensure social distancing we ask that only one caregiver attends per child).

Days and times: Mondays at 11 a.m.

Cost: $15 for members/$18 for non-members (Ticket price includes one child age 4-6 and one caregiver.)

Minis at Lindsay

Connect with nature through play while exploring Lindsay’s outdoor spaces in this half hour program beginning  Nov. 19. Caregiver attendance is required. (Please note that in order to ensure social distancing, we ask that only one caregiver attends per child).

Lord Richard's Big Screen Story Time

Join us for our outdoor nature story time, complete with a visit from one of our animal ambassadors. This half-hour program begins Nov. 19. Caregiver attendance is required. (Please note that in order to ensure social distancing we ask that only one caregiver attends per child.)

Days and times: Thursdays at 4 p.m.

Cost: $15 for members/$18 for non-members, (Ticket price includes one child age 3-6 and one caregiver.)

Habitat Ranges and Eco Changes

Join us and our animal ambassadors as we explore the connection between animals and their habitat in this half-hour program. 

Days and Times: Thursdays at 2 p.m. starting Nov. 19.  Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. coming soon

Cost: $20 for members /$30 for non-members. (Ticket price includes a family pod of up to six people.)
