Lou Eber

“When we moved to Walnut Creek, my wife, Amy, soon became immersed in volunteer work at Lindsay, including caring for orphaned barn owls at our home. Amy’s passion was contagious, and now I am pleased to serve on the Board of Directors for an organization whose mission we both whole-heartedly support.”

When Lou retired from his position as Deputy Group General Counsel at the large Swiss bank UBS AG in Zurich, he and Amy searched for an American location with bucolic scenery, at least somewhat reminiscent of Switzerland. They found the perfect location with peaceful views of cows grazing in the hills above Walnut Creek. Lou brings legal expertise, knowledge of finance, and a thoughtful, analytical approach to problem solving to the Lindsay Board. Lou was employed at UBS in New York and Zurich for over twenty years. He holds a law degree from Stanford University.
