Happy Birthday, Lord Richard!

On Friday, June 30, we’re celebrating the big 4-3 with Lord Richard activities and events all day long!

• 10:30 a.m. : Storytime courtesy of the Contra Costa County Libraries Discover & Go Program
• 11 a.m. : Lord Richard is the star of our Raptor Recess
• 11:30 a.m. : A second Storytime session for our guests!
• 1 p.m. : See Richard eat her special birthday cake while you enjoy some birthday cake of your own
• 2:30 p.m. : Watch as Lord Richard spreads her wings in Flight School

You can also make a birthday card for Richard to wish her (yes, Lord Richard is a “her”) a happy birthday! Lindsay will have turkey vulture-themed activities and games throughout the day! So come celebrate a truly special birthday for one of the oldest turkey vultures in California!
