Hospital Closed to Patient Intakes on June 13
Our wildlife hospital is closed to new patient intakes on Sunday, June 13. Intakes will resume at 10 a.m. Monday, June 14.
If you find a sick or injured animal during this time, please place it in a container such as a cardboard box with a secure lid and holes for ventilation. Keep the animal in a quiet, warm and dark place and do not offer it food or water. Please call our hospital hotline voicemail at (925) 659-8156 and wait for a call back with instructions and advice. Depending on the situation, a hotline volunteer may instruct you to bring the animal to our partners at Veterinary Emergency Group, 2431 San Ramon Valley Blvd., in San Ramon.
If there is a wildlife emergency during this time, please call your local police.
Thank you for helping wildlife.
