Junior Zookeeper Experience: One Day Camp (Ages 6 – 12)

Unleash your inner explorer and embark on a wild journey with our engaging Junior Zookeeper Experience – One Day Camp! Each camp features animal crafts, animal meet and greets, and activities from our Junior Zookeeper Experiences, including Keeper for a Day! Two dates are offered to align with school holidays, each featuring different animals, crafts, and activities.

This full-day camp (6.5 hours each day) is designed for children ages 6-12. This camp is a hybrid of indoor and outdoor activities at Lindsay Wildlife Experience in Walnut Creek. Each one-day session runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, with optional aftercare.

• Session 1: February 16th – Bird Brained
• Session 2: March 31st – Spring Fever

Aftercare is available for both sessions from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m for an additional $30.

Campers should come prepared with a water bottle and lunch in a backpack that they can carry themselves. Closed-toed shoes are required; hats and sunscreen are highly encouraged.
