A serial entrepreneur and experienced C-level executive, Candace has spent two decades leading innovative ventures from launch through growth across technology, science, and consumer sectors. She previously served as CEO of Monti Kids, co-founder and CEO of Crimson Hexagon, and COO of the National Cycling League, and has been recognized among Massachusetts High Tech’s “Top 12 Women to Watch.”

Candace holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and English from Stanford University, an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, and a culinary diploma from the Culinary Institute of America.

A longtime Orinda resident, Candace Fleming and her family have been part of the Lindsay Wildlife Experience community for more than 15 years—from birthday parties and Howl-ooo-weens to the Outstanding Wildlife Leaders (OWL) program that inspired both of her children’s love of animals and conservation. A dedicated runner and cyclist, she recently completed a half marathon and can often be found exploring her neighborhood trails, admiring the red-shouldered hawks, owls, and deer—and keeping a respectful distance from the coyotes and turkeys.
