Dr. Maddie joined Lindsay Wildlife in the fall of 2024 as the lead veterinarian for both the wildlife rehabilitation hospital and the ambassador animals in our education programs.
Prior to joining Lindsay, Dr. Maddie held veterinary roles at Project Wildlife, part of the San Diego Humane Society, and at the Pet Emergency and Specialty Center. She earned her undergraduate degrees in biomedical sciences and animal anatomy from Colorado State University, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
Dr. Maddie thrives on the unpredictability and challenge of wildlife medicine. She’s excited to be part of a passionate, dedicated community working to care for animals and inspire the next generation of wildlife stewards.
