After School Nature Club: Butterfly Highway
Designed for ages 8-12, we will go on a learning journey down the butterfly highway. We have hundreds of species of local butterflies, each with a unique pattern and life cycle. We will learn how people are impacting these tiny pollinators and learn to care for and release some native butterflies.
Date: Monday, April 11th from 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Fee: $55 regular / $45 member
We take safety seriously and all participants, including our instructors, MUST wear a properly-fitting face mask.
Lindsay Wildlife Experience requires all guests age 12 and over to present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test result before entering our Exhibit Hall and Wildlife Rehabilitation Hospital. Please click here for more information.

- The desert is a beautiful and arid place. We’ll meet some special desert animals and learn how they thrive in a world with very little water. We will explore how water drives everything in a place with very little and do a class activity on how a special reptile adaptation makes it so they never have to drink!
