After School: Wildlife Care and Rehabilitation

Ages: 9 – 12

Find out what it takes to be a wildlife caregiver. Learn all about zoology and animal husbandry with hands-on activities designed to give you a sense of what animal keepers do at the Lindsay Wildlife Experience. We’ll explore training techniques, enclosure design, enrichment, and much more. Classes are small with no more than 10 students in each class.

After School Program Dates: Monday, October 12th to Monday, November 16th (no class on 10/26)

• Monday, October 12th, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, October 19th, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, November 2nd, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, November 9th, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Monday, November 16th, 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Price per class: $45 member / $55 non-member

Price for full series: $200 member / $250 non-member

Please note: Pre-registration for this program is required. Registration is cut off on the Wednesday before the progam. At this time, we do not offer day-of ticket sales. This is a drop-off program that takes place outside of standard operating hours.
