E-Camp: Build a Solar Powered Car

Part of Lindsay’s E-camp series

Build a mini solar powered car right at home in this one and half hour online workshop. Learn how solar panels work and why this alternative energy source is so important for our future. We’ll deliver everything you need and guide you through the process virtually! An internet connected computer with a webcam and a microphone are required for this workshop.

Fee:  $48 / $40 for members

Ages: 10-14 years old

Materials Needed: ruler, scissors, Scotch tape, hammer, pliers, and a timer (i.e. cellphone)
