Great Gray Owls Author Comes to Lindsay!

Join author Harry Fuller for a special event focused on the beautiful Great Gray Owl at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday March 15, in Lindsay’s Buckeye Room.

Fuller is the author of the books Great Gray Owls of California, Oregon and Washington; Freeway Birding; and San Francisco’s Natural History: Sand Dunes to Streetcars. During his research on Great Gray Owls, Fuller came to Lindsay to meet our resident animal ambassador, Shadow! This is the only book ever done that focuses on these owls, the tallest of all owls!

Fuller also operates two websites dedicated to birding:  towhee.net and atowhee.wordpress.com.
