Earle is the premiere featured speaker in Lindsay’s 2017 Conservation Icons speaker series, which kicked-off this year in November 2017. As a premiere speaker of the Icons series, Earle’s presentation will take place at The Lesher Center for the Arts in downtown Walnut Creek.
Earle is the author of more than 200 publications and leader of more than 100 expeditions with 7,000 hours underwater, Earle has more than 100 national and international honors. She is TIME magazine’s first Hero for the Planet, a Library of Congress Living Legend, and recipient of the Netherlands’ Order of the Golden Ark, UNEP Champion of the Earth, Glamour Magazine’s 2014 Woman of the Year, and Royal Geographic Society 2011 Patrons Medal as well as International TED prize winner.
