Junior Zookeeper Experiences: Batologist for a Day

Ages: 7 – 12

Let’s fly into the night sky! Join us as we embark on an hour-long workshop to explore the important roles bats play in our ecosystems. Your junior zookeeper will get to meet Lindsay Wildlife’s very own live bat ambassador while learning that bats are more than just Halloween icons! Participants will leave knowing more about bat species in California, bat ecosystem services, and will create a craft to bring home.

Date: Sunday, October 11th, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Price: $40 member / $45 non-member

Please note: Pre-registration for this class is recommended. Day-of ticket sales will be available only if the workshop is not fully booked. This is a drop-off workshop. Registration closes Wednesday, October 7th.
