Lady Beetle Hikes

Age 6–Adult

Go on a ladybug hike with Lindsay Wildlife Experience and observe thousands of these diminutive insects clustering together!  Our experienced instructors will guide you on this 3-mile round-trip hike as you learn all about convergent lady beetles and their habit of overwintering in masses. You’ll also learn about the beautiful Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park and the many creatures that call it home.

• Sunday,  February 6, 3-5 p.m.
• Sunday, February 13, 3-5 p.m.

BRING hiking shoes, bottled water, and a face mask. 

Price per person: $15 for members/$20 for non-members.

Details: Meet at the Canyon Meadow Staging Area of Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park in Oakland, CA. 

To comply with social distancing regulations, face masks must be worn during the entire duration of the hike.
