American Kestrel

Falco is our smallest raptor, but what he lacks in stature, he makes up for in attitude! Kestrels are also known as “sparrow hawks,” who hunt for insects, mammals, even smaller birds.

Falco injured his wing in 2014, which left him unable to fly properly. He is living comfortably at Lindsay Wildlife as one of our raptor animal ambassadors. Adopt this petite predator!
