August ‘Mini Monday’ at Walnut Creek’s Lindsay Wildlife Museum
Crazy About Reptiles – August 25
What: Lindsay Wildlife Museum’s “Mini Mondays” let children from 2-5 years old become naturalists as they experience live animal encounters each month with a different theme. In August, the two-hour program allows little ones to explore the world of reptiles through arts, crafts, activities and more. Nut-free refreshments are provided. Children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
Where: Lindsay Wildlife Museum, 1931 First Ave., Walnut Creek, adjacent to Larkey Park.
When: Monday, August 25, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with Crazy About Reptiles.
Event cost: $10/members, $20/non-members, $6 each additional child age 2 and up.

September 13–June 15: Wednesday–Friday 12 PM–5 PM, Saturday–Sunday 10 AM–5 PM
June 18, 2014–Labor Day: Wednesday–Sunday 10 AM–5 PM
Admission is free for members and children under 2 years old, $8.50 for adults, $7.50 for seniors 65+ and $6.50 for children 2 -17.
