Summer Camp at Lindsay Wildlife!

Spend summer days learning about nature and having fun in our unique day camps at Lindsay Wildlife Experience! Engage in a blend of indoor and outdoor adventures, encompassing nature hikes, music, games, crafts, and captivating encounters with live animal ambassadors throughout our weekly camp programs.

Tailored for two age categories—5-7 and 8-11—our camps offer flexibility with options for full-day or half-day participation. Running Monday through Friday, each week-long session accommodates a maximum of 20 children per camp, maintaining a supportive camper-to-helper ratio of 4:1.

For Ages 5-7

Prehistoric Pals Camp (Half-Day)

Get ready to travel back in time at our Prehistoric Pals camp! We’ll uncover the mysteries of dinosaurs, mastodons, pteranodons, and more creatures from the past. And that’s not all – we’ll also get our hands dirty making our own fossils while discovering everything there is to know about the history of life on Earth.

Backyard Bugs Camp (Half-Day)

Get ready to journey into the fascinating world of bugs! Our campers will become expert explorers as they dive into educational activities like bug observation, pollinator experiments, insectivore crafts, and even some worm wrangling! You won’t want to miss out on the wild and wacky fun that awaits you in this bug-tastic adventure!

Lindsay Naturalist Camp (Full-Day)

Get ready for a wild adventure! This immersive camp will give campers the full Lindsay experience exploring everything from our Wildlife Rehabilitation Hospital, to our Animal Keepers and Wildlife Educators. Campers will explore the outdoors, study Lindsay’s animal ambassadors up-close, watch veterinarians at work healing injured wildlife, learn care secrets from our keepers AND earn a cool badge!

Earth and Beyond Camp (Half-Day)

From the dirt below to the stars above, everything is connected. Our campers will delve into nature’s interconnectedness through art projects, hands-on experiments, live animal encounters, and more! From the study of fossils and geology, the intricacies of food webs, and the mysteries of space and the solar system, campers are sure to be inspired by the interconnected wonders around them.

Wild Science Camp (Half-Day)

Unleash your inner scientist and discover the incredible world of animal engineering and art! At this STEAM-based camp, we’ll conduct thrilling group engineering challenges, and discover the secrets behind animal adaptations. From engineering nests to survive an egg drop challenge and constructing watertight dams like beavers. We’ll also dive into hands-on art projects!
