A Bay Area native who has lived in the Diablo Valley for 40 years, Doug brings over 25 years of accounting and finance experience to Lindsay’s Board with proficiency in the construction, gas distribution and environmental services industries. Doug is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Independent Construction, a Concord-based excavation, grading and paving contractor. As a member of Lindsay’s Board, Doug will serve as Chair of the Audit Committee where he will work closely with the Lindsay finance team. Doug has both a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Saint Mary’s College.
