Exhibit Hall Safety Protocols

We Are Pleased to Welcome You Back to Exhibit Hall

As Lindsay Wildlife Experience is committed to the health and safety of our guests, Exhibit Hall will initially be open with reduced hours and reduced capacity. Attendance is limited to 50 percent of regular capacity, or 75 guests, at one time. Access to interactive, high-touch exhibits is restricted and all public areas are sanitized regularly.

In order to comply with Contra Costa County Health Services safety guidelines, we ask that you observe the following protocols:

Masks and Social Distancing Are a Must

We have taken a number of steps to ensure Exhibit Hall is a safe and healthy place to visit.  All visitors must wear a mask that fully covers the nose and mouth, is secure under the chin, and fits snugly but comfortably against the face. We ask that all guests ages 2 and over arrive wearing masks. Masks will also be available for purchase at our outdoor Guest Experience kiosk and in our museum store.

Masks MUST be worn at all times and social distancing MUST be practiced. At this time, neck gaiters, open-chin triangle bandanas and face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes of any kind are not acceptable face coverings.

We ask that all visitors practice social distancing while at Lindsay. We will do our best to keep you healthy and safe by maintaining 6 feet of distance (or a turkey vulture’s wingspan) from all visitors. We ask that you do the same and keep 6 feet of distance from Lindsay Wildlife Experience staff members and animal ambassadors. Floor stickers designate proper social distancing between guests. Anyone who does not follow social distancing protocols will be asked to leave. We will also provide no-touch, free-standing sanitizing stations

Please do not visit Lindsay if you or anyone you recently had contact with has an above normal temperature or is experiencing any signs of illness including, but not limited to, sneezing, coughing or congestion. We will happily refund your tickets. You can always visit us here at www.lindsaywildlife.org, keep up with us on Facebook or Instagram, or sign up for our Wildlife Wonders e-newsletter.
